How do you order?

We offer quality bespoke furniture in Scotland, if you have an idea you would like to discuss regarding your furniture made to order, or a specific item you would like a cost for; contact us by phone, email, fax, visit our office or use the enquiry form on the home page.

From Concept to Delivery

This is an outline of the process from initial idea to installation of furniture made to order. The process may vary depending on type of furniture being made.

Enquiry

1) Initial enquiry (Telephone, Fax, email or personal visit): General discussion on design brief and budget.(If required, meeting arranged for initial outline)

2) Initial out-lines:

• Rough sketches
• General style and aesthetic form
• Function of furniture
• Basic dimensions

Finish & specifications (core material, laminates, veneers, hardware etc.)

3) Rough ball park cost: At this stage adjustments to can be made to specification to fit budget.

Towards Order

4) Site survey (if required):

• Accurate measurements
• Access detail
• Design functionality & feasibility

5) Written quotation sent:

• Accurate price
• Detailed description

Order

6) Order to be confirmed with written purchase order and/or deposit. (Deposits are not required if you have an authorised credit account).

7) Specification Drawings: To be checked and signed off as approved for manufacture. This is essential because any changes in specification after this stage will be chargeable.

8) Order is then scheduled into production and you will be given an estimated delivery date.

Manufacture

9) Your furniture made to order is manufactured by our team of time served craftsmen. You are welcome to visit the factory and see your furniture being made.

10) Updates on manufacture and delivery details confirmed

Delivery and Install

11) Your furniture is delivered and, if required, fitted.

12) Final inspection, clean and care instructions given

13) On satisfactory delivery final payment is due.
